One typical wet July day in England

So, where do we start….
Luftgekühlt, Germanic meaning for Aircooled, an every day word in German but means so much more in the enthusiastic culture of aircooled Porsche’s, created from the minds of Le Mans winner Patrick Long, designer Howie Idelson with curation from the artistic eye of Jeff Zwart. This is a trio you can guarantee success with.
I first heard of Luftgekühlt via a friend that was at Luft2, I still remember his comment of ‘if you got to swim the ocean for the next one, do so’ , so far there has been 5 events stateside, and most recent 2 in Europe, simple known as LuftGB (Bicester Heritage, UK) and LuftMUC (Munich Germany), I’ve never had the chance to go to any in the USA, but when it was announced that there was going to be an event for the first time outside the realms of USA my jaw dropped. And the first was heading to UK – Unmissable.
Part 1. Following images are a few we took of LuftGB, the rain never dampened the spirit one bit! (warning pic heavy!)

Part 2. So now onto Luftgekühlt Munich, better known as LuftMUC

Artistic LuftMUC Pop up

By complete contrast to LuftGB at Bicester Heritage, this time, Luftgekühlt headed to Munich’s Werksviertel Mitte an incredible backdrop in the heart of Munich’s old industrial quarter.
